Product description

A high-ester vintage rum from the Monymusk distillery in Jamaica.

It is a blend of 12 barrels of rum distilled in 2004 in traditional stills and matured entirely in oak barrels after American bourbon, but not on site, in Jamaica, but after transport to Europe, in a continental climate. A joint venture of the Dutch independent distributor Scheer and the Italian rum specialist Velier. Plummer category rum (EMB), with an ester content of 129.9 gr/hlpa (grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol).

Nose: Cane sugar, citrus, pine resin, coconut, candied ginger and exotic fruits.

Taste : Notes of cane sugar, apples, apricots, exotic fruits, cinnamon, dark chocolate, toffee.

Finish: Long, with spicy notes.
