Product description

A high-ester vintage rum from the Monymusk distillery in Jamaica.

It is a blend of 10 barrels of 2007 and 2 barrels of 2008 rum, distilled in traditional pot stills and matured entirely in American bourbon oak barrels on site, in the tropical climate of Jamaica. A joint venture between Dutch independent distributor Scheer and Italian rum specialist Velier. A Wedderburn (MMW) rum with an ester content of 315.6 gr/hlpa (grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol).

Aroma : Notes of tobacco, bay leaf, apple, plum, apricot, exotic fruits, milk chocolate, caramel, nutmeg and cloves.

Taste: Vanilla, toffee, spices, fruit.

Finish: Long, spicy
