Product description
Evan Williams Cinnamon Reserve Kentucky Liqueur debuted in January 2012 and solidified Heaven Hill Distillery's presence in the "flavored whiskey" segment.
The Honey Reserve and Cherry Reserve versions introduced in 2009-2010 were an immediate success and paved the way for other Evan Williams flavors. The Cinnamon Reserve formula seems rather simple, with "extra aged" Evan Williams bourbon and cinnamon. This drink competes with Fireball, the leader in cinnamon whiskey-based liqueurs, which has annual sales of a billion dollars. The 35% alcohol content obviously excludes it from the bourbon category and places it in the so-called "Flavored Whiskey Drink" segment, whose share in the market is constantly growing.
Evan Williams Cinnamon Reserve Kentucky Liqueur offers exactly what its name promises – both in its aromatic and flavor bouquet – lots of cinnamon, vanilla, pepper, notes of melon and cherry, without eliminating the character of Evan Williams bourbon itself. It is great for warming up on autumn and winter evenings, as well as cooling on summer afternoons served with a few ice cubes.
Evan Williams is a key brand in the Heaven Hill Distillers portfolio, with annual sales of 2.4 million cases (2017).
