- Highland Park Capella was released in 2002 to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the building of Italian Chapel on the little island of Lamb Holm on Orkney by Italian prisoners of war.

Highland Park Capella is an anniversary edition published to mark the 60th anniversary of the construction of the Italian chapel on the island of Lamb Holm in Orkney.
Its builders, Italian prisoners of war, spent three years in a local camp (1942-45). At the end of the war, the chapel was unfinished and Domenico Chiocchetti, the most qualified prisoner, remained on site to finish the work. After the war, the chapel became a tourist attraction, Chiocchetti visited it twice more, in 1960 to restore his paintings and four years later with his wife. Highland Pak Capella was composed of distillates aged in American oak hogshead barrels, and the edition consisted of 5,400 bottles.
Nose : fruity and floral, heather honey, vanilla cream, apricots, plums, quince jam, raisins soaked in rum, a touch of tar and peat smoke.
Palate: Christmas fruitcake, crème brûlée, pralines, honey-roasted almonds, vanilla cream, mirabelle jam, nectarines, a touch of allspice, notes of peat and oak.
Finish : medium long, with notes of honey, vanilla, ripe summer fruits, a touch of tobacco and peat smoke.
