Product description
At the beginning of 2019, Balblair Distillery completely changed its sales offer. The iconic vintage editions disappeared and were replaced by age editions, although the so-called vintages are to experience limited editions.
The basic offer includes four versions – 12, 15, 18 and 25 years old, the youngest of which is a whisky aged in bourbon barrels and re-charred American oak barrels. The whisky will be released in bottles of the same shape, but with a new logo based on the nearby Struie Hill. Balblair has been producing whisky since 1790 and is one of the oldest Scottish distilleries still in operation. It has been owned by Inver House Distillers since 1996, and its annual production capacity is 1.8 million litres.
