Bumbu XO Rum / 40% / 0.7l

Bumbu is a brand of rum produced in Barbados. The Bumbu Rum Company, located there, produces rum in a traditional distillery established in 1893.

It uses excellent quality local water and sugar cane, obtained from all over the Caribbean, not limited to Barbados. Distillation takes place in column stills.

Bumbu XO rum is a spirit produced in Panama and matured there in oak barrels. Bumbu XO spends up to 18 years in American bourbon barrels, after which it undergoes additional maturation (so-called wood finishing) in Spanish sherry barrels. In its bouquet we will find accents of toffee, toasted oak, vanilla, orange peel, raisins, spices and a hint of coffee.
