Product description
Bourbon Johnny Drum, according to its producer Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, is named after a Kentucky teenager who joined the Confederate Army.
As he was too young to carry a weapon, his comrades in arms made him a drummer. After the war ended, he returned to his hometown, where he grew corn and distilled whiskey according to his own recipe. Johnny Drum debuted in the 1980s and is available on the market in Black Label, Green Label and the Private Stock version presented here. This is a so-called sourced bourbon, the origin and formula of which the owner of the brand does not disclose. In 2010, Johnny Drum Private Stock won a gold medal at the World Spirit Competition.
