The indigenous people of Mexico referred to the abode of the gods as "topan," and tequila itself has always been "a gift from the gods."

Tequila Topanito is produced in the town of Tequila, in the Mexican state of Jalisco. It is made from 100% blue agave and is twice distilled in traditional copper pot stills. The Reposado edition is aged in American bourbon oak barrels for about 6 months.

Nose: Roasted agave, vanilla, honey, citrus, pepper, spices, a touch of oak.

Taste: Citrus, honey, vanilla, pepper.

Finish: Long, with accents of oak and pepper.
