Sierra Milenario is a series of six different expressions of tequila Sierra, each devoted to one of six different Mayan zodiac signs – the snake, the jaguar, the monkey, the eagle, the rabbit and the crocodile.

The Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo expressions mature for up to 4 years in barrels made from American or French oak. Sierra Milenario Blanco is a tequila marked with a crocodile on the label. It is a spirit made from 100% blue agave, triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills, and the cooked agave was subjected to intensive smoking. Bottled without any oak barrel maturation.

Nose: Smoke, pepper, baked agave.

Palate: Baked, smoky agave, spices.

Finish: Medium long, smoky.
