Product description
Bunnahabhain 12 years old will soon be celebrating its 40th birthday. The whisky was launched in 1979 by Highland Distillers, the distillery’s owner at the time, and remains a key part of the distillery’s core offering to this day.
Since 2010, Bunnahabhain has been bottled without chill filtration and with an alcohol content raised to 46.3%. This decision has gained the brand many admirers and has also influenced the increase in sales by over 100%. Since 2017, Bunnahabhain 12 years old has been bottled as a small batch whisky and has a new, more attractive label. In its composition, bourbon and sherry casks were used, as well as traditional refill casks.
