Product description
The Marcati brothers, Pietro and Luigi, began producing liqueurs and cordials (grappa, amaretto and limoncello) in their family pharmacy in 1919.
The company's activity, which began in Veronella, was moved to Sommacampagna after the Second World War and intensively developed by the second generation of the family in the person of Giuseppe, son of Pietro Marcati. In the seventies, the third generation came to the fore, and during this time the brand, which took full advantage of the market boom of the sixties, is known in many foreign markets. Today, Marcati products are available in over 40 markets. For over a century, the family has owned In Mizzole, an estate located in an ancient hamlet in Valpolicella, with eight hectares of vineyards. The latter is a wine-producing zone in the province of Verona, Veneto, located east of Lake Garda. Valpolicella is the second controlled denomination of origin (Denominazione Origine Controllata) in the production of Italian wines after Chianti.
Marcati Fragoline Di Bosco is an exquisite liqueur with a sweet taste, a perfect combination of alcohol, grappa and naturally macerated wild strawberries. At least 120 grams of fruit was added to each bottle at the end.
