Martini & Rossi is part of the Italian multinational spirits company Bacardi limited - currently the largest privately owned spirits company in the world.

Martini & Rossi was founded in Turin in 1863 and is best known for producing Martini Vermouth and Martini Asti and Martini Prosecco sparkling wines. Martini & Rossi also owns the French brand Noilly Prat, among others.

Martini Premium Bitter is inspired by an ancient recipe from 1872. The intense ruby ​​color as well as the intense herbal-saffron aroma profile are due to the infusion prepared from twenty aromatic and botanical herbs, then aged in wooden vats.
