Product description
Islay Storm whisky debuted in 2005 in the offer of CS James & Sons Ltd. and basically caused no reaction from consumers.
With the growing interest in smoked and peated whiskies, the company decided to reintroduce them in 2017, this time in a much more attractive presentation. It is not known which distillery is behind the Islay Storm brand, but it is said to be Bowmore. CS James & Sons is a subsidiary of The Vintage Malt Whisky Co., founded in 1992 by Brian Crook, one of the veterans of the Scotch whisky sector. Its flagship brands are Finlaggan, The Ileach and the Cooper's Choice series.
