Mezcal Aprendiz is produced according to traditional methods at the Destileria Santa Sabia in the town of San Juan del Rio in the Mexican state of Oaxaca.

Distilled in copper stills and made from 80% Espadin agave and 20% Tepextate agave. Limited edition of 414 bottles.

Aroma: Smoky accents, mineral notes, citrus accents.

Taste: Smoke, some pepper, notes of lemon and agave.

Finish : Long, pleasant, peppery.
