Sierra Milenario is a series of six different editions of Sierra tequila, which are patronized by six signs of the zodiac from the ancient Mayan calendar - snake, jaguar, monkey, eagle, rabbit and crocodile. The Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo editions included in the series mature for up to four years in American or French oak barrels. Sierra Milenario Blanco is a tequila patronized by a snake. It is a drink made from 100% blue agave, triple distilled in traditional copper stills and bottled immediately after distillation, bypassing the maturation in oak barrels. 

Aroma:  Herbal accents, some vanilla, fruit and spices.

Taste : Notes of roasted agave, exotic fruits, a hint of vanilla.

Finish : Medium long, spicy.
