Product description
The debut of Hibiki, a luxury blended whisky from the Suntory conglomerate's portfolio, in 1989 went largely unnoticed; it was only a dozen or so years later that this whisky began to dominate its category in international competitions.
The new century brought huge popularity to Japanese whisky. Its consequence was a significant decrease in stocks and the abandonment of age editions (Hibiki hit the market in the 12-30 year old range). Hibiki Japanese Harmony recorded its market debut in 2015. The Hibiki formula consists of single malt whisky from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries and grain whisky from the Chita distillery (all owned by Suntory) aged in barrels made of American, European and Japanese oak.
The name Harmony refers to the Japanese tradition of balance between nature and man, and the whisky is presented in bottles with 24 walls symbolizing 24 hours. Hibiki Harmony Suntory is an icon of Japanese whisky - perfect for those who value subtlety and precision.
