Luxardo Maraschino Originale Liqueur is an exclusive, traditional Italian liqueur with a rich history and a distinctive flavor profile. Made from bitter, dark Marasca cherries grown in Italy and Croatia. The whole fruit is used, including the pits, stalks and leaves, which gives the liqueur a delicate almond note. The cherries are then fermented and then distilled in copper stills, creating a pure, aromatic distillate. The liquid matures in Finnish ash vats for up to 2 years, which mellows the taste. Finally, sugar syrup is added. It goes great as an ingredient in cocktails and added to desserts, fruit sauces or as an addition to cakes and fruits.

The bottle is slim and elegant, decorated with a characteristic straw basket, which is a reference to historical sea transport. The label is kept in a retro style, emphasizing the brand's heritage.

Created by the Luxardo family, Italy's oldest liqueur producers, Maraschino Originale traces its roots back to 1821, when the recipe was developed in Zara (now Zadar, Croatia) using local Marasca cherries. After World War II, the family moved to Padua, Italy, preserving the traditional recipe and maintaining the liqueur's status as a reference point for quality.

Today it is considered a symbol of Italian craftsmanship and tradition.
