It is a spirit made from 100% blue agave, distilled twice in rectifying columns. El Jimador Reposado is aged in oak barrels from American bourbon for 2 months.

Aroma: Toffee, agave, spices, apples, buttery notes.

Taste: Caramel and vanilla, oak, mineral notes, delicate spices, fruit.

Finish : Fruit and pepper.
