Unendlich Riesling 2023 isino is crafted as a cuvée from the finest vineyards, primarily Kellerberg, with additions of Höhereck and Loibenberg; approximately 10% of the grapes were allowed to shrivel slightly to intensify the aromas.After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine aged for about a year and a half in large barrels (large, neutral oak barrels) to balance its freshness and structure.The name “Unendlich” (German for “infinite”) reflects the ambition to achieve a long finish and express the terroir.
Appearance: light greenish-yellow color with silvery highlights.
Aroma: notes of white flowers, mandarin peel, tropical fruits (pineapple), honey, subtle creaminess, and complex minerality.
Taste: concentrated, creamy, with lively acidity and structure—flavors of citrus, white peach, minerality, and an elegant finish without being overly heavy.
Food pairings: perfect with seafood (lobster, langoustines), fish in delicate sauces, sushi, dishes with white truffles, and refined veal dishes in light sauces.
