The Glen Turner brand, which represents single malt and blended malt, is owned by the French company La Martiniquaise.

The latter was founded in 1934 and initially imported rums. After World War II, it was time for cognacs, calvados and whiskeys. In 2008, the company bought Glen Moray Distillery, which had been supplying malt distillate for its popular Label 5 blend for years. Needless to say, Glen Moray is also behind the Glen Turner brand.
