Product description

Luxardo Sour Cherry Bitters is a sophisticated blend that brings depth and complexity to cocktails. When combined with the rich flavors of Luxardo Marasca cherry juice, it offers notes of aromatic soursop and a hint of chocolate, creating a unique balance of sweet and bitter. Perfect for enhancing classic cocktails or adding a distinctive twist to modern creations. Its bold, fruity sweetness perfectly balances the bitterness of vermouth and gin, creating a perfectly balanced cocktail with a deep aroma and intense flavor.

Luxardo is an Italian family business, founded in 1821 by Girolamo Luxardo in Zadar, on the Dalmatian coast. The company is famous for producing high-quality liqueurs and maraschino cherries, which have become key ingredients in many classic and modern cocktails. Luxardo started out by producing maraschino liqueur, which quickly gained recognition and became popular all over the world. Over the years, the company expanded its offer to include other liqueurs, such as Sambuca, Amaretto and Grappa, as well as fruit syrups and jams. In 1947, after the devastation of World War II, Luxardo moved its headquarters to Torreglia in northeastern Italy, where it continues the family tradition, combining it with modern production methods.
