Product description
Founded in 1863, Maison Hardy is named after the Scottish gentleman involved in the wine and premium spirits trade, Anthony Hardy.
Hardy was early attracted to the Charente region, and in particular the brandies produced there, of which he most appreciated those from the Cognac region. Today, the company is in the hands of the fifth generation of the founding family and is managed by Bénédicte Hardy. Hardy XO Rare is the oldest in the "Hardy's Tradition Collection" series. It is a Fine Champagne cognac, a blend of eaux-de-vie distilled from grapes from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne growing regions, aged for at least 10 years in French oak barrels. In 2015, this cognac won a silver medal at the International Spirit Challenge.
