Tessellis Pink Gin is a seasonal expression that has become a permanent part of our portfolio. The combination of seasonal ingredients with classic botanicals is an ideal proposition for summer and warm days. The taste is characterized by freshness, the fruits work wonderfully with the characteristic notes of gin such as juniper, coriander and citrus. Seasonal fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, nectarines and rhubarb were used in the maceration process. Rose petals along with raspberries, red hibiscus and dried strawberries were used to color and obtain a natural, beautiful pink color.
