Product description
Kilbeggan is the oldest Irish distillery, producing whiskey in one place – from 1757 to the present, with a break from 1953-1989.
Its name refers to St. Bécán, one of the twelve Irish apostles who built a monastery in County Westmeath in the 6th century. The Kilbeggan brand stands for blended, single grain and recently single pot still whiskeys. Kilbeggan Triple Cask debuted in early 2022. It is a traditional Irish whiskey, in which the main role is played by a distillate made from corn (94%) and barley malt (6%). It is composed of bourbon casks, Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and multifill American oak casks.
