The combination of mineral-rich soil and water from natural sources gives it a distinctive, smoky character and complex flavor notes. The distillation process faithfully follows artisan methods to create a unique profile and pay homage to the ancient tradition of mezcal.

AROMA: Citrus-herbal, green olive, cooked agave and cloves.
