Product description
The word "Edradour" most likely comes from the Gaelic "Edred Dobhar" which translates to "King Edred's Brook".
The distillery is located in Perthshire, near the town of Pitlochry. Since 2002, it has been owned by Signatory Vintage Ltd, a whisky publishing and distribution company, which has made it a highly creative distillery offering extraordinary, limited edition whiskies. Edradour Natural Cask Strength debuted in 2003; the whisky is presented in an elegant Ibisco decanter and combines aromatic and flavor qualities with an original presentation. The September 2022 edition presented here contains whisky distilled in April 2012, aged in seven American oak barrels for over 10 years and bottled at 58.9% abv. 1,677 bottles were released.
