Product description
Knob Creek is a 1992 creation of the legendary Booker Noe.
Originally a 9-year-old bourbon, included in Jim Beam's Small Batch collection. The whiskey is named after a farm about 30 minutes south of Bardstown, where the future US president Abraham Lincoln spent his childhood. In 2012, the Knob Creek brand was expanded to include straight rye whiskey, distilled according to the formula of 55% rye, 35% corn and 10% malted barley. It has won many prestigious awards and distinctions and in 2018 we have a cask strength version. This one, in turn, immediately received the title of "Best Rye Whiskey" at the World Spirits Competition in San Francisco. The second "batch" presented here contains whiskey distilled in 2010 and bottled at 63.5% abv.
