Product description
Equipped with three pairs of stills, the Clynelish Distillery produces around 4.8 million litres of alcohol per year and is a very important distillery in the Diageo portfolio.
The local single malt is a key component of the Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve formula and an important ingredient in other versions of the most popular Scotch blend. Independent distributors hold Clynelish in high regard and often include it in their offerings. The one presented here is Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Collection, a whisky distilled on May 8, 1990 and aged for over three decades in two ex-bourbon casks (nos. 3689 and 3690). Bottled at cask strength (42.6% abv) and without chill filtration on January 25, 2022 in an edition of 197 bottles.
