Product description
The opening of Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin in 2015 marked a new chapter in the history of this city, once the centre of Irish whiskey production.
The distillery is equipped with three copper stills and can produce 500,000 litres of distillate per year, and production is divided between single malt and single pot still. The company, probably the only whiskey producer in Ireland, has also had single grain whiskey in its permanent offer for years. The one presented here, triple distilled from a mash composed of 95% corn and 5% malted barley, spent nine years in bourbon barrels, then another four in red Bordeaux barrels. The whiskey hit the market in 2021, bottled at 50% abv and without chill filtration.
