Product description
In the early 1990s, following the considerable success of Classic Malts , United Distillers (a previous incarnation of Diageo) came up with another range of single malts .
This time they came from lesser-known distilleries, producing almost exclusively for the needs of the corporation's blends . The new series, Flora & Fauna , was labelled with an image of a representative of flora or fauna characteristic of the distillery's headquarters. Linkwood 12 years old, whose label is decorated with a pair of swans, was part of the original series. A few years ago, to the despair of whisky lovers, the Flora & Fauna edition disappeared from the offer.
