This is a unique blend expressing the style of the GH Mumm champagne house, which is characterized by the Pinot Noir grape variety.
To create this exceptional champagne, Chef de Caves Didier Mariotti uses 300 of the best base wines of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, sourced from 100 of the best crus.
You can sense aromas of ripe peach, apricot and pineapple, as well as a hint of vanilla, caramel, dried fruit and honey. The dynamics of this champagne are evidenced by thick bubbles and a light golden colour. It is excellent as an aperitif, but it also perfectly highlights dishes of white meat or fish.
Appearance : Dense bubbles and a bright golden color attest to the dynamic nature of this champagne.
