Beefeater Pink, the creation of Beefeater master distiller Desmond Payne and undisputed pioneer of modern gin, debuted in February 2018. Inspired by Beefeater creator Jim Burrough’s constant experimentation with fruits and botanicals, Payne continues his work in the 21st century, targeting the tastes of a younger generation of consumers. In this gin, the classic Beefeater formula (juniper berries, lemon peel, Seville oranges, almonds, coriander seeds, orris and licorice roots, and angelica seeds and root) is enriched with strawberries. Since 2005, the Beefeater brand has been in the Pernod Ricard portfolio and is produced in Kennington, London. 

Beefeater Pink reveals aromas of strawberries, fruit candies, bubble gum and rose petals, as well as notes of juniper and licorice. The flavors fully match the aromatic promise. It tastes best served with tonic and fresh strawberries or with lemonade.
