Ingredients

• 40 ml Tequila Rooster Rojo Blanco
  100% Agave / 38%
• 20 ml Giffard Parfait Triple Sec
  bar liqueur / 35%
• 15 ml of lime juice

Method of preparation

Pour all ingredients into a shaker/jar add a few ice bones and shake decently a few times. Moisten the edges of the glass/glass with lime juice and coat with salt. Pour the mixed cocktail through a strainer into a glass/glass. Optionally garnish with a slice of lime.
