Product description
Los Arango Tequila is produced at the 18th-century Hacienda Corralejo, Mexico's oldest commercial tequila distillery.
Its name evokes the memory of Mexican national hero José Doroteo Arango, commonly known as Pancho Villa. The story goes that during the revolution, one of the blue agave growers, wanting to show gratitude to Pancho Villa for defending him from robbers, gave him a unique bottle of tequila. Pancho, delighted with the drink, asked for his name to be placed on the label. Los Arango Tequila Bianco is produced from 100% blue agave hearts using a special strain of yeast. It is distilled twice, not subjected to maturation and bottled by hand.
Aroma : fresh and expressive, grilled agave, white pepper, a handful of fresh herbs and a drop of lemon oil.
Taste: friendly and uncomplicated, slightly alcoholic, agave, pepper and subtle fruity sweetness.
Finish: medium long, with notes of agave, pepper, cinnamon and a piece of grilled pineapple.
