Beluga Hunting
Beluga Hunting has been produced at the Mariinsky distillery since 2015. The factory was founded in the heart of Siberia in 1900. Mariinsky Distillery prides itself on producing the world-famous Beluga vodka - made from special malt spirit and the purest water from Siberian artesian wells. In 2015, it added Beluga Hunting bitters to its portfolio, created by master blenders who drew inspiration from the wildlife of Siberia and the hunting lifestyle. All herbs for production are hand-picked and subjected to double maceration. Plants are selected and macerated separately in small groups to emphasize each flavor, then blended in a specific order. The distillate is then subjected to cryoprocessing and filtration, resulting in an herbal blend with a balanced, smooth and refined taste.
Beluga Hunting Herbal is a blend of herbs and spices such as aniseed, juniper, oak bark, St. John's wort, pine nuts, leafy cherry, wood, hops, ginger, raisins, oregano, clover, mint leaves, rowan, coriander, cinnamon, allspice, pine shoots, pears, raspberries and lemon peel.
Beluga Hunting Berry - its base is a blend of cranberry, cowberry, rowan, blueberry, rosehip, chokeberry, cinnamon, anise, juniper, lime, rose, blueberry leaves, citrus and bitter orange oil.
