Buchanan’s is a premium blended Scotch named after one of three whisky barons, James Buchanan.
Buchanan was a pioneer of the blending industry and the first whisky producer who recognized the power of advertising. His creation, Black & White remains one of the most successful whisky brands to this day. The Buchanan’s brand struggled a little in the late 20th Century but recently gained great recognition (especially in South America) with global annual sales closing 24 million bottles. The main components are Dalwhinnie, Caol Ila, Clynelish and Glendullan with grain coming from Cameronbridge. Here we have unique 4.5 liter magnum bottle of Buchanan’s De Luxe 12 years old.
