Cacique 500 Extra Anejo is a rum released to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the arrival of the Spanish in America.

It appeared on the market in 1992. It is a blend of distillates from stills and rectification columns. Matured in American oak barrels.

Aroma: Coffee with milk, chocolate, toffee, vanilla, a bit of spices.

Taste : Fruity accents, ripe bananas, walnuts, toffee, cane sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg.

Finish: Medium long, oaky and spicy.
