Product description
Jack Daniel's Paula Scher Limited Edition is a special edition of Tennessee whiskey commemorating the brand's 155th anniversary (2021) and its iconic relationship with music. The label design, created by the Pentagram team led by renowned graphic designer Paula Scher, combines tradition with avant-garde, celebrating moments when whiskey accompanied music.
The label uses dynamic typography and musical motifs, such as guitars, a record player, and microphones of various generations, referring to the slogan "155 years of Good Music". Despite the modern design, iconic elements have been retained: black and white colors, the inscription "Every Drop Made In Lynchburg, Tennessee" and the characteristic shape of the Old No. 7 bottle.
Jack Daniel's Paula Scher Limited Edition is made according to the traditional Jack Daniel's recipe, filtered through a 3-meter layer of maple charcoal (Lincoln Country process), matures in handmade American oak barrels. The maturation time is not specified - the whisky is bottled only after approval by the Master Blender.
Jack Daniel's Distillery, located in Lynchburg, Tennessee, USA, is an iconic place of Tennessee whiskey production, and has been owned by Brown-Forman since 1956. Founded in 1866 by Jasper Newton Daniel, known to his friends as "Jack," the distillery is known for its unique Lincoln Country process of maple charcoal filtration, which imparts smoothness.
