It is produced in the cleanest ecological region in the world, Siberia. Within an area of ​​300 km, no industry pollutes the air and water from the wells from which the water is drawn. Additional double filtration through quartz and silver filters softens it and polishes it to shine. Wheat malt is prepared in the same way as in beer production and without artificial enzymes. Honey and oat extract and Milk Thistle (a liver-supporting herb) are added to the spirit and water, and everything is filtered through Siberian birch charcoal after exactly 30 days. After the entire preparation process, the distillate is poured into previously produced impressive exhibition bottles with a characteristic fish on the label. Ideal in chilled form (approx. -18°C), as a base for elegant cocktails or as a tasteful gift.
