- Ardbeg 8 years old For Discussion goes into distribution in March 2021 exclusively to Ardbeg Committee members.
Product description
This informal organisation officially came into being on the first day of the first month of the year 2000 and now has over 100,000 members scattered around the world. The ‘Discussion’ edition was the brainchild of Bill Lumsden, creative director of Glenmorangie and Ardbeg whisky, whose idea was to spark a debate among the committee members on how the whisky presented here compares to other products from the distillery. The ‘discussion’ whisky was aged for eight years in sherry casks and bottled at 50.8% abv.
