Maturation takes place on the island. Raasay single malt debuted with a limited edition in November 2020, the basic offer has been available since June 2021. The Isle of Raasay Unpeated presented here was aged in a fresh Chinkapin oak barrel (no. 19/579) and bottled at cask strength (61.1% abv), natural color and without chill filtration in the Na Sia Single Cask Series.
