Eden Mill Ltd. was established in 2012 and was Scotland’s first combined brewery and distillery, producing whisky, gin and beer.

The company is based in St Andrews, a famous golf resort, not far from the place where the Haig family Seggie Distillery operated from 1810 to 1860. Eden Mill has three copper stills and can produce 80,000 litres of distillate per year. Eden Mill Original Gin debuted in 2015. The basic ingredients of its formula are juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seeds, sea buckthorn berries, lemon balm and citrus peel. In subsequent years, the company has enriched its "gin" offer with limited editions based on experimental formulas or subjected to maturation. One of the latest proposals is Passion Gin presented here. In its recipe, in addition to classic botanical ingredients (juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root), there are passion fruit, oranges and coconuts.

Eden Mill Passion Gin carries a touch of the tropics, and even gives the feeling of relaxing in a hammock with a warm Hawaiian breeze. In the aromatic and flavor bouquet we discover a combination of traditional juniper notes with tropical fruits, oranges, passion fruit and roasted coconut. This gin tastes great served with just an ice cube or with pineapple juice, or a delicate premium tonic and a piece of pineapple.
