Product description
Angus Dundee Distillers Company was founded in 1950 by Terry Hillman, previously a director of Burn Stewart, and is now owned by his children, Tania and Aaron.
Originally a blended whisky company, Angus Dundee joined the single malt whisky producers in the early 21st century by purchasing two distilleries – Tomintoul and Glencadam. The company's products are now available in over 80 countries around the world. Strathcolm Extra Special is a single grain whisky from the company's portfolio, available in Extra Special, 8 years old and 12 years old versions. The former is bottled without an age statement at 40% abv; Angus Dundee does not disclose which Scottish distillery the whisky comes from.
