Signatory Vintage Whisky Co., founded in 1988 by Andrew and Brian Symington, is today a leading independent publisher and distributor of whisky, respected by consumers.

Signatory has a tradition, highly valued by whisky lovers, of providing each cask strength edition with information on the type and number of the cask, the date of its filling and bottling, and the number of bottles to which the release is limited. The Strathmill presented here is the company's proposal in the prestigious Cask Strength Collection series, a whisky distilled on July 31, 1996, aged for a quarter of a century in two hogshead casks (no. 2095 + 2106) and bottled at 57% abv without chill filtration on January 20, 2022 in an edition of 330 bottles.

Nose : fruity, slightly floral, apple blossom, oranges, peaches, grapes, vanilla, honey, marzipan, almond croissant, cinnamon, white pepper and toasted oak.

Palate : sweet breakfast cereals, apples, nectarines, pineapples, yeast cake, vanilla, golden syrup, pralines, a touch of white pepper, lemongrass and oak tannins.

Finish: quite long, with notes of vanilla, honey, milk fudge, cappuccino, white pepper, orchard fruit and oak.
