Product description
Sea Shepherd whisky debuted in 2019 in the Kirsch Whisky Gmbh range, released in cooperation with the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, which deals with the protection of marine fauna.
Founded by Dieter Kirsch in 1976, Kirsch Whisky is an importer and distributor of this spirit on the German market. Its portfolio includes Signatory and Edradour whiskies, Gordon & MacPhail, Ben Nevis and a dozen or so Irish and American "brands". The single malt presented here from an undisclosed distillery based on the Isle of Islay, after basic maturation in oak barrels, was finished in sherry barrels for 12 months. A portion of the profits from the sale goes to the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.
