Product description
Dictador 2 Masters is a series of extremely rare, limited edition Colombian rums.
Each of them was first carefully selected by Dictador's master blender, Hernan Parra, and then traveled to the places where other spirits were made, where they were further "processed" by local masters. This involved selecting the right barrels for further maturation of the rum and giving it an additional aromatic and flavor dimension by combining the highest quality Colombian rum with the characteristics of spirits such as whisky, cognac, Armagnac or exquisite French wines. Each bottle of these limited editions is provided with a special quality certificate - next to the fingerprint of Hernan Parra from Dictador, the label includes the fingerprint of each of the masters responsible for the final stage of preparation of a given spirit.
Dictador 2 Masters Royal Tokaji is a Colombian vintage rum from 1977. It spent a little over 41 years maturing in American bourbon barrels. It was then transported to Hungary, where Royal Tokaji winery director Zoltán Kovács selected the appropriate barrels for it, in which local Tokaji had previously matured. The choice fell on 300-litre barrels made of Zemplén oak, in which Royal Tokaji Aszú 6 puttonyos (sugar content 150-180 g/l) from the 2016 vintage had previously matured. The additional maturation lasted exactly 7 months and 6 days. Limited edition of 500 bottles.
