Product description
Wyoming Whiskey Company was established in 2009 and is the first legal whiskey producer in the state of Wyoming.
The Kirby-based distillery was founded by Brad and Kate Mead and David DeFazio. The early years were overseen by Steve Nally, formerly Maker's Mark Master Distiller and inducted into the elite Bourbon Hall of Fame in 2007. The Wyoming bourbon mash bill is 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, with all ingredients sourced from producers within 100 miles of the distillery. The distillate is aged in standard 53-gallon American oak barrels for about 5 years. Wyoming bourbon debuted in 2012, and current batches are made from 40 barrels. Our bottle was part of Batch #41 released in 2017.
