Product description

The Bellevue distillery has been in the Damoiseau family since 1942. It is located in Moule, Guadeloupe.

It is home to one of the most traditional agricole rums in the Caribbean. Agricole is a rum made from fresh sugar cane juice, as opposed to the more traditional rum made from molasses.

Damoiseau Reserve Speciale is a blend of several vintages, each of which matured for at least 4 years in American bourbon oak barrels.

Aroma : Fruity and sweet, citrus, sugar cane, grassy notes, spices.

Taste: Fruity, with notes of vanilla, sugar cane, honey, citrus and spices.

Finish : Long, notes of oak and spices, echoes of smoke.
