Pure Milk Vodka is the invention of a dairy farmer from West Dorset, England, named Jason Barber.

The inspiration to start work on obtaining vodka from cow's milk was the need to diversify dairy production on a farm with over 250 cows. A personal interest in alcohol, including vodka, was also important. Black Cow was founded in 2012 by Jason Barber and Paul Archard, who is responsible for the creative side of the venture.

Vodka created without added sugar or sweeteners, naturally flavored with fruit. Strawberries of local origin, combined with a very smooth and creamy vodka, gave a product that is incredibly delicate and subtle, where the aromas of freshly picked strawberries mix with a touch of honey and flowers, adding notes of almonds and vanilla to the full flavor, including spice accents on the finish.

Perfect for creating original cocktail recipes, perfect for summer, but also able to extend them into late winter!
