Podole Wielkie Barley 2019 is one of 4 regularly released, vintage spirits from the Podole Wielkie Distillery.

These products are made from raw materials grown on our own farm, in accordance with the "from field to bottle" philosophy. The 2019 edition (harvest date) was produced using the spring barley variety Flavour. After distillation in 2020 and blending to 43% strength, the spirit matured for several months in a stainless steel tank for optimal composition and balance. Bottling took place without filtration.
Since 2019, the spirit labels have been decorated with images of Podolia Wielkie employees. In the case of this edition, it is the image of Mr. Andrzej Żółć, the manager of the Podolia distillery.
1,085 bottles were created.

Aroma : refreshing, aloe, wildflowers

Taste : pleasantly tart, green fruits, dark chocolate

Finish : delicately apple, changing into herbal notes, especially fresh mint
